CCI is our main, recommended infrastructure for most projects — but we also run:

de.NBI Cloud Berlin

A flexible, self-managed, publicly reachable cloud — part of the national de.NBI Cloud / ELIXIR Germany infrastructure.

  • Best for: cross-institution collaboration, public-facing services, open science projects
  • What you get: self-managed VMs, storage, web services, Kubernetes clusters, and a dedicated LLM API instance (running independently from CCI's)

A Slurm cluster for research computing.

  • Best for: batch computing and traditional HPC workloads
